My previous blog entries were at least read a couple of times, but nobody cared to react. I take it this is how new community members are always treated, once the community is well establised. I feel like entering a pub for the first time and being completely ignored by most of the regular customers.
So be it ... my ego feels some damage. My heart feels some relative disappointment for having expected too much from a community that aspires to change the world. How are you ever going to change the world if you don't even say hello to somebody who feels he/she wants to take part in your gaia-community?
Anyway, now I'm trying to figure out how to become a member of the group integral institute. I find the group and see that they have members, but there is no button or menuitem to ask for membership ... let's see how this turns out.

Found out through the FAQ of the group how to find out if one is (un)fit to become a member, and I sent a message to Liz …

Well, as no one else seems to have extended a hand, I shall. Welcome! Most pods have a “JOIN US” button right above the column that lists members. Perhaps a place to start is in the Lounge? I do hope you find what you are looking for here. You bring up good points on your blog and could start some great discussions if more people saw your posts. Right now the only way anyone would see your blog is on the '”New” page right after you have written. Otherwise you need to tag your posts so others can find them. For instance, this post could be tagged with “community,” “new,” and even “join.”
Just a few thought……….hope your waffles turn out well! And Happy Birthday to your daughter!
