I seem to find very few information about these 2 levels. Maybe I didn't search deep enough? What i find is very superficial. Where all levels below are most of the time well described, 2nd tier is left quite open ...
Is there any good material available concerning these levels: internet, bookshop, other? Please let me know - whatever you send me, good or bad links, I'll be gratefull to you all.

Century Its not the time to circle the waggons
In terms of Clare Graves work Don is surely right. Lots of unqualified ChitChat about thrid tier.
However, this special work of Andrew Cohen with his advanced students and other people across the globe has its own value for me. Maybe its open for large research only in 5 or 10 years. Few serious people engage in it. after long years of fruitless discussions in German speaking countries, in London Integral Circle and elsewehre I decided to put this topic on hold. It has relavance for me. yes.
HOwever the profound CAVEAT of Don in using this terminology is taken serious by me. It has no value right now when working in the world.
